RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Outfitsdealer, we are committed to selling only authentic and original products sourced directly from official brand stores in Canada.

By Order Items

Items listed under our “By Order” collection are specially purchased based on customer requests.

• A 50% deposit is required before processing any By Order purchase.
• All By Order sales are final.
• No returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted on By Order items.

Immediate Items

Immediate Items are products that are already available in Egypt and ready for fulfillment.

Upon delivery, customers are allowed to inspect and open the package while the courier is present.

If you are not satisfied with the item upon inspection, or if there is an issue with the order, you may refuse delivery by returning the package directly to the courier and contacting us immediately to request a refund.

Exchanges

To maintain the integrity, authenticity, and brand-new condition of all products, exchanges are generally not permitted.

However, we will gladly arrange an exchange if:

• We shipped the wrong item
• We shipped the wrong size
• The product received does not match your confirmed order

No exchanges will be accepted for reasons related to personal preference, sizing choices made by the customer, or change of mind.

Outfitsdealer is not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. All items are purchased directly from official brand stores and authorized retailers in Canada.

Our exchange and return restrictions help ensure that every customer receives products that are brand new, unworn, untouched, and in their original condition.
